Cheryl Pitcock

Cheryl A. Pitcock, 67 of Zanesville, died 6:30 AM, Saturday, June 1, 2024, at her home following a brief illness. She was born Tuesday, November 13, 1956, in Springfield, the daughter of Edwin Pitcock and Alice Marie (Burgess) Pitcock.

She enjoyed music, especially the Beatles. Cheryl, had a big heart and loved everyone she met. She had a great sense of humor and made everybody laugh. Cheryl was an enthusiastic football fan and loved her favorite team, the Raiders. She enjoyed a good steak dinner, chocolate, chocolate ice cream, movies and watching TV. She was a devoted and caring mother and grandmother who treasured the time spent with her family and her pets.

Cheryl is survived by one son, Aaron (Emily) Pitcock; one daughter, Abbee (Clay Cummins) Pitcock; one granddaughter, Quincy Marie Pitcock; two sisters, Charisse Schrader and Catherine Pitcock; two twin brothers, Eric (Shari) Pitcock & Ed Pitcock; nieces and nephews, Tyler Pitcock, Mikayla Pitcock and Brooklyn Pitcock,

Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents.

The family will receive relatives and friends from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, Saturday, June 8, 2024, at the Hillis, Combs & Nestor Funeral Home, 935 Forest Avenue, Zanesville.
