Cheryl Sparks

Cheryl D. Sparks, 76, of New Lexington, Ohio passed away on Friday, August 28, 2026 at Ohio Health Hospice House in Columbus, Ohio.
Born June 27, 1950 in Logan, West Virginia to the late Harold and Freda Spratt Southworth.
Cheryl was a very good Christian women, who was easy going. She loved her cats, sewing, quilting and reading. She was a history buff and was always willing to help anybody out when needed.
Survived by her lifetime companion, Dan Parker; 4 children, Pam (Bruce) Willey, Paul Sparks, Beth (Gene) Hardesty and John (Roxie) Parker; grandchildren, Dakota (Abby) Garrett, Noah (Madison) Willey, Samantha (Riley) Dietz, Britanny Sparks, Chris Sparks, Justin (Kyah) Hardesty, Shayleigh (Blake) Bahl, Madison Hardesty, Jacob Hardesty, Jordan Parker and Austin Parker; 9 great-grandchildren and a sister, Karen Dingess.
In addition to her parents, preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.
Calling hours will be held from 10am-12pm with funeral service at 12:00pm with Reverend Richard Newlon officiating on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at the Roberts-Winegardner Funeral Home, 304 Mill Street, New Lexington, Ohio.
Burial will follow in New Lexington Cemetery, New Lexington, Ohio.
