Christmas Returns and Exchanges

Christmas shopping is over…next stop…the mass chaos of returns and exchanges.

If you didn’t get exactly what you wanted this year, you may be heading back to the mall sooner than you thought.  Sears Manager Teri Jones at Colony Square Mall says there is no need to worry, returns and exchanges are not a problem.

"You have a receipt, you bring it in and no questions asked. If you have a gift receipt, if its given as a gift, and you have the receipt, it actually comes up in the system when scanning it and its taken care of," said Jones. 

As far as exchanges, Jones says they are a lot like returns.  If you don’t have a receipt, Sears will give you a gift card.  And if you are a part of the Shop Your Way Rewards program, your merchandise will automatically come up in the system so you don’t even need a receipt.  Whatever the case, Jones says she welcomes you back to Sears for your returns and exchanges.

"Bring them on in and we will take care of you. If there is something that you rather have instead, stop on in," said Jones. 

Colony Square Mall re-opens tomorrow at 8 AM.
