Christopher “Chris” Bryant

Christopher “Chris” G. Bryant, 59 of Cambridge, passed away on Wednesday, January 16, 2024, at the Grant Medical Center in Columbus with his loved ones by his side after fighting a lengthy battle with cancer.

Chris was born on June 2, 1964 in Zanesville. He is the son of the late Duaine and Grace (Real) Bryant. Chris was an avid outdoorsman, but most especially he enjoyed fishing. Chris also loved to play games on his phone, as well as complete word searches.

Chris is survived by his fiance, Deloris Wheeler; his children, along with his three step-children, David, Jeremy, and Rosa Harper; his siblings, Duaine Bryant, Scott Bryant, George Bryant, and Becky Estep; as well as lots of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.

Chris is preceded in death by his parents; his sons, Christopher Bryant Jr. and Michael Bryant; as well as his maternal and paternal grandparents.

In keeping with Chris’s wishes, a caring cremation will take place. The Farus Funeral Home of New Concord is caring for the Bryant family.
