City Council update
ZANESVILLE, Ohio- Zanesville City Council had its second meeting of February.
Mayor Jeff Tilton recommended the appointment of James Brown to the Zanesville-Muskingum County General Health Board. His term will run until March of 2024. Mayor Tilton also made a recommendation to establish a revitalization district in downtown Zanesville. There was also the first reading of an Ordinance that if passed will authorize the expenditure of funds for a Lock number ten Canal Trail project.
