CLYDE W. DICKSON (July 2, 1917 – June 4, 2011)

CLYDE W. DICKSON, 93, of Malta, passed away at 8:42 am, June 4, 2011 at Marietta Memorial Medical Center.

Clyde was born July 2, 1917 in Blue Rock the son of the late John C. and Stella Leota (Pletcher) Dickson. He retired after 25 years working at the Central Ohio Coal Company where he worked as a welder. He served his country in the US Army during WWII.

Clyde is survived by his wife Martha J. (Lane) Dickson whom he married March 27, 1942; his son Jerry Dickson of Boonville, IN; his daughter Judeen (Robert) Dehmann of Millfield; his special friends Cecil and Teri and his furry friend Jake.

In addition to his parents, Clyde is preceded in death by his brothers James, John and Elmer Dickson and his sisters Elsie, Esther, Florence and Deloris.

A service will be held 1 pm, Monday June 6th 2011, at the graveside in Duncan Falls Cemetery with Pastor Steve Harrop officiating. Full military honors provided by George Selsam Post #1058.
