Cochrane Named Foundation Chief Development Officer

The Muskingum County Community Foundation announced that Randy Cochrane has accepted the position of Chief Development Officer. Cochrane will be in charge of managing all activities related to fundraising, donor cultivation and donor stewardship including analysis, planning, execution, oversight and evaluation of all advancement efforts to support the mission and vision of the foundation. Cochrane is a long time resident of Muskingum County and was the General Manager/Publisher of the Times Recorder, the Director of the Muskingum County Job and Family Services for 20 years and was recently the Chief Development Officer at the Muskingum Valley Health Center.
