Connie Mingus

Connie Sue Mingus, 62, of Zanesville, passed away on June 21, 2024. Connie was born on May 29, 1962, to Russell Calendine and Mary Edwards. Connie is preceded in death by her mother, Mard Edwards and her sister, Leshia Calendine.

Connie leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Jessica (Jeremy Bookman) Mingus; father, Russell (Dorthy Dillon) Calendine; grandchildren, Damien and Brian Edwards; brother, Rusty (Kim) Edwards; stepfather, Robert “Bob” Edwards; as well as many other friends and family.

Connie loved to cook; she would enjoy preparing meals for her family. She was a lover of music and also enjoyed animals; deeply missing her beloved dog, Flint. Connie enjoyed spending time with her family most of all. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her.

You may call on the family on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, from 11 a.m. until 12 p.m. with funeral services starting at 12 p.m. at Burrell Funeral Services, 414 LaSalle St. Zanesville Ohio 43701. Burial will follow the funeral in St. Paul Cemetery. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
