Coshocton City man dies in train crash

COSHOCTON, Ohio – A Coshocton City man has died from injuries after being struck by a train.

A little before 12:30 this afternoon, the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office received 911 calls that a man had been struck struck by a train.

52-year-old, Michael Rhoades, attempted to cross a stationary train, and was severely injured when it began to move.

He was transported to Coshocton Regional Medical Center, where he later died from injuries. The incident remains under investigation.
