Coshocton County Accident

A Coshocton County resident loses her life following an accident.

The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office said on Wednesday just after 7pm they received a call in reference to an accident in the 1600 block of Adams Street.

When emergency personnel arrived, 71-year-old Mary McCloy was transported to Coshocton County Regional Medical Center, where she was pronounced deceased.

The Sheriff’s Office said it appears McCloy may have experienced a medical condition prior to the accident in which she struck a parked vehicle.

The accident remains under investigation.
