Coshocton Man Dies in SR 16 Crash

The Zanesville Post of the State Highway Patrol says a Coshocton man has died following Tuesday evening’s head on crash on State Route 16 near Adams Mills.

The man is identified as 64-year-old Harvey Crum of Coshocton. Sergeant Chuck Merryman with the Zanesville Post of the State Highway Patrol said a Ford Ranger, driven by Crum,  traveling east on 16 drifted into the westbound lane clipping the rear of a tractor trailer traveling west on 16. Crum, who troopers say may have had a medical condition, continued drifting into the opposite lane hitting a GMC Sierra head on. Troopers say the two occupants of the Sierra received non-life threatening injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
