Craiglist Murder Suspect Due In Court

An Ohio man suspected in the shootings deaths of three men who were lured to Noble County by bogus job ads on Craigslist faces another court ye4ring. 52-year-old Richard Beasley is scheduled for a pretrial hearing Wednesday in Akron on trial scheduling issues. The self-styled chaplain from Akron has pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder in the slayings of three men and the wounding of a fourth. He could face the death penalty if convicted. A 17-year-old co-defendant has pleaded not guilty to juvenile counts. Brogan Rafferty was a student at Stow-Munroe Falls High School in Suburban Akron when he was arrested in the fall.
