Dale Johnson

Dale Wesley Johnson, 69, formerly of Duncan Falls, passed away Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at his residence. He was born January 23, 1955, in Newark, Ohio to the late Kenneth and Mary Jane Bebout Johnson. Dale and his wife Charlotte owned and operated Zane Trace Ltd in Zanesville for many years. He also operated Dale Johnson Construction and was a member of the Licking County Home Builders Association. He enjoyed his dogs and boating and was a member of the Muskingum Valley Boating Association, where he served as past president.

He is survived by his children: Stacey J. Gruly and Wesley L. Johnson; two brothers: Dean A. (Rhonda) Johnson and Bruce F. Johnson; eight grandchildren: Payton, Kaitlynn, Tyler, Ethan, Nolan, Ryan, Jacob and Hayden; and three great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Charlotte Johnson; and a son Travis Johnson.
