Dangerous Flooding in Southern Muskingum County

The Muskingum County Emergency Management agency is reporting dangerously high water in the southern part of Muskingum County.  E-M-A Director Jeff Jadwin says the area with the most serious problem is Pioneer Drive and Shady Lane, south of Duncan Falls and Philo.  Jadwin says evacuations are voluntary.
