David A. Tansel, 60, of Cutler, OH, passed away August 16, 2013 in Columbus, OH. He was born April 19, 1953 in Zanesville to the Edward Tansel and Margurite (Nixon) Tansel. David was always quick with a joke and enjoyed fishing, watching football and spending time with his family. He is survived by sisters, Karen (Terry) Watton of Zanesville and Linda Heeter of Cutler, OH; brother, Kenny (Shawnna) Tansel of Mt. Perry; step-mother, Faye Tansel of Roseville; nieces and nephews, Margie Tucker, Donna Heeter, Lynn Dalrymple, Sandra Heeter, Tammy Heeter, Brad Tansel, Kendra Tansel, Taylor Tansel and special nephew, Brian Heeter. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service at 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 207 BURLEY ST. CROOKSVILLE.
