Deborah Robbins

Debra Jean Reed Robbins, 66 of Philo, passed away Monday January 20, 2025.
She was born May 11, 1958, in Waterford, OH, daughter of the late Cam E. and Alice J. Stiers Reed. Debra graduated from Waterford High School, attended Corner Stone Full Gospel Church, and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by 2 sons, Chad Clark of Philo, Shawn Reed and Shantyle of Philo; step-son Ricky Robbins; two grandsons, Blaze & Zayden Reed, of Philo, Ohio; 2 sisters, Patricia Moore and husband Gary of Hillsboro, Ohio, Stella Reed of Beverly, Ohio and brother Michael Reed and wife Denise of Rock Springs, Wyoming sister-in-law Marilyn Reed, of Waterford, Ohio, one brother-in-law Albey Sheilds of Kings Mountain NC; several nieces, nephews & great nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Debra was preceded in death by parents, four brothers, infant Jerry, Kenney, Randall, Blaine; one sister Phillis.
Per her wishes, cremation has been chosen and a private family burial will take place at the convenience of the family.
