Debra “Debbie” Harding, 66 of Quaker City, Ohio, passed away on September 5, 2024, at the Astoria Place of Cambridge Nursing Home.

She was born on August 15, 1958, in Barnesville, Ohio, daughter of the late Robert H. Plumly and Mildred L. (Johnson) Plumly. Debbie was a graduate of Barnesville High School in 1976. She worked at Reisbeck’s in the deli and at BP in Barnesville for many years. She loved gardening and taking care of her many cats. She enjoyed spending her spare time with her friends and family.

Debbie is survived by her husband of 43 years, Jack Harding; brother, Robert Dane Plumly of Cambridge; sister, Carolyn L. Plumly-Ward of Westerville; aunt, Bonnie Renshaw; cousin, Kurt Batteiger; mother-in-law, Mary Ellen Harding; sister-in-laws, Jill Brill and Joy Edwards; brother-in-laws, Vick and Pete Harding; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Larry Ward.

Per Debbie’s wishes, no calling hours or services will be held at this time. A dignified cremation will take place.
