Donna Herron (August 17, 1942 – April 3, 2016)

Donna Herron, 73, of Zanesville, went to be with her Lord at 12:28 P.M. on Sunday, April 3, 2016, at the Genesis Hospital CCU, surrounded by her family. She was born August 17, 1942, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Ralph and Edna Kay Steed. She retired from Muskingum County Courts after working 11 ½ years and was a member of North Terrace Church of Christ. Donna enjoyed playing cards with the Ladies Card Club, attending John Glenn basketball games, and travelling to the Amish Country.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Keith Herron; two sons, Brian Herron and Rick Herron, both of New Concord; two grandchildren, Whitney Herron and Tyler Herron; one great grandson Kase; a brother Robert (Karla) Steed of East Fultonham; and a niece Pam Moore of Columbus.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Shirley Harrison.

Friends and family may call from 5:00-8:00 P.M. on Friday, April 8, 2016, at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, and one hour prior to the service which will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, April 9, 2016, at North Terrace Church of Christ, 1420 Brandywine Blvd, Zanesville, with Mr. William Meaige officiating. She will be laid to rest at Rich Hill Cemetery, Chandlersville.
