ZANESVILLE, Ohio- Big changes are happening at Dutro Ford in downtown Zanesville.

The first phase of a $15 million project is finished. Wednesday Mayor Jeff Tilton and other city officials toured the brand new service and parts center. This multi million dollar facility is 37,000 square feet, features heated floors, 29 service stalls and an 8,000 square foot parts department. Dutro Co-owner Bryan Graham said this new facility will also feature a coffee bar and big screen TVs.

“Yes, we’ve spent a lot of money but there a lot of economy of scale that we used in building this building,” said Graham.

Graham said this is a dream come true.

“It’s been a family’s wish to be in downtown Zanesville. Our father got my brother and I started in downtown Zanesville. This is our roots. This is history. And this is where it just needs to be,” said Graham.

This is phase 1 of the remodel for Dutro. Graham said the next phase will begin next week, Graham is hoping to have this completed by summer 2017.
