Edward Eugene Kinney (June 19, 1939 – December 8, 2011)

Edward Eugene Kinney, 72, of Zanesville passed away Thursday, Dec. 08, 2011 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House in Zanesville. Edward was born June 19, 1939 in Zanesville to the late Leo and Esther Newsom Kinney. He served our country and protected our freedom by serving in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of Moose Lodge 867 and loved Nascar, his family and grandchildren.
Ed ward is survived by his loving wife Kathy Cowan Kinney, his daughter Debbie (David) Lanch of Bridgeport, 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Edwin Kinney.
Calling hours will be 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Sunday, Dec. 11 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 W. MILITARY RD., ZANESVILLE, OH . Funeral services will be in the Snouffer Chapel at 1 P.M., Monday, Dec. 12. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park.
