Ethel L. Knox (March 20, 1951 – April 24, 2010)

Ethel L. Knox, 59, of Zanesville, died at 6:19 p.m. Saturday, April 24, 2010 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born March 20, 1951, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Eugene and Lena Ralph Binkley. She was a member of the Pleasant Valley Bible Church.

Surviving are two daughters, Ethel Lee (Scott Thomas) Knox of Zanesville and Ronda (Duane Byers) Smith of Dresden; two sons, Ronald (Kayleigh) Knox and Bernard Knox, both of Zanesville; a sister, Annabelle (Bud) Kirkpatrick of Nashport; two brothers, Cecil (Barb) Binkley and James (Mary) Binkley, both of Nashport; grandchildren, Steven, Brittany, Kevin, Alexis, Mark, David, R.J. and Rieleigh.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Knox, who died July 31, 2003; a daughter, Christy Knox, who died June 24, 2009; a sister and five brothers.

Friends may call 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 27, 2010 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 28, 2010 at the funeral home.
