ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Fall is quickly approaching and the McDonald’s Greenhouse and Corn Maze is ready for it.

They opened up for the 13th year Saturday, September 15th and already have families stopping by. With different attractions for everyone, Susan McDonald who is one of the owners, said they try to add new things every year and keep up with trends.

“We really enjoy offering this to the families in our community,” McDonald said. “That’s our goal, our goal is to have good fun, clean fun and let the children experience and opportunity to be on the farm.”

McDonald said they wanted to make sure it was affordable for everyone making it $7 to get in, which includes all activities for however many times. They have all sorts of attractions such as a hayrides, pumpkins, a jumping pillow, the enchanted forest walk and different kinds of animals.

“Snoopy is in the maze. So it’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown is our theme this year and Linus is out in the pumpkin patch and the shape of the maze this year is Snoopy sitting on his dog box,” McDonald said.

Something new this year is a pedal track for people of all ages and a gaga dodge-ball pit. They are open on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Sundays from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and starting in October they will be open on Thursdays and Fridays as well, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
