Fanatics Looking to Hire 1,500 at Job Fair

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Fanatics is one of the area’s largest employers and they are looking to add more.

Fanatics will have a job fair at Ohio Means Jobs this Thursday. The sporting apparel distributor will be looking to hire hundreds of new employees at their Frazeysburg location.

“Fanatics will be hiring over 1,500 individuals for season work,” said Julie Metzger of Ohio Means Jobs. “They have seasonal positions through the week. They also have a seasonal weekend shift that works good for people in college or if you’re working around another job.”

The hiring event is this Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Ohio Means Jobs at 445 Woodlawn Avenue. Metzger said that while they are only hiring seasonal spots, it could lead to a permanent position.

Metzger advise anyone who comes to bring a resume and to dress appropriately.
