Fatal Accident Investigated on SR 16

The Ohio Department of transportation says State Route 16 westbound has reopened after an early Monday morning fatal accident. It happened between State Route 586 and Old Reily Road. The Zanesville Post of the Highway Patrol is investigating. No other details have been released.
