Fatal Accident On Dietz Lane/2 Others Injured

The Zanesville Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal accident near 1600 Dietz Lane.

It happened around 4:00 this afternoon.

Initial reports indicate there was a head-on collision between a van driven by a woman and another vehicle carrying two male teenagers.

The fatally injured victim is  being identified as one of the male teens. 

Authorities on the scene say the two other people were injured.

Med-flight was called to the scene of the serious accident but did not transport any of the victims.

No other details have been released. The accident remains under investigation.
