Fatal crash in Licking County

GRANVILLE, OH- The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly crash in Licking County.
It happened yesterday afternoon around 3:25 p.m. on State Route 586, near milepost six.
Troopers say 39-year-old Seth Frederick of Newark was driving a Ford F-550 northbound when his truck went off the right side of the road. He came back onto the highway, crossed the center line, and hit a Chevrolet Silverado head-on.
That Silverado was driven by 28-year-old Zachary Minosky of Hopewell. Both men were taken to Licking Memorial Hospital. Frederick suffered only minor injuries. Minosky later died.
The Highway Patrol says the crash is still under investigation. They were assisted at the scene by ODOT and local fire departments.
