Fatal Stabbing Investigated in Malta

The Morgan County sheriff office is investigating a fatal stabbing.  Sheriff Tom Jenkins says it happened Saturday just after 9 p.m.  Deputies received a call that stated someone was cut in his driveway.  Deputies found a 33-year-old man lying beside the driveway unresponsive.  Emergency responders deteremined that victim had died of an apparent stab wound.  Agents from the Bureau of Criminal Investigation are helping with the investigation.  The victim is indentified as 33-year-old Dustin Drone of Malta.  His body was taken to the Licking County Morgue for an autopsy.   The case remains under investigation and no other details are being released.
