Festival of Trees Auction Returns for 33rd year

ZANESVILLE, OH – An annual fundraiser is getting ready to make its grand return.
The Zanesville-Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce is currently taking entries for the 33rd Festival of Trees Auction.
Lydia Tom, the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce, says this fundraiser helps to provide funds that they will then use to help out local businesses.
“It’s just an amazing day, celebrating our Chamber member businesses, our community partners, and our team.” Tom said. “All to support the Chamber of Commerce and our local business community. “
Tom says the first round for those interested in entering an incentive is due by Nov. 14th, with final entries due back to the Welcome Center by Dec. 3rd.
She says you can pair a festive holiday item with a gift, a product, or an experience for the lucky bidders.
“It’s truly a unique event and it’s a win,win for everyone involved.” Tom said. “Every business that enters is supporting the Chamber but at the end of the day it’s great exposure for our business community. Everybody who enters into the auction will be promoted live on AM1240, whiznews.com, and then of course the Chamber website and all of our social media outlets.”
If you are interested in entering an item into this year’s Festival of Trees auction, you can head to zmchamber.com to fill out the form.
The Festival of Trees auction will take place on Friday, Dec. 5th from 9AM until 6PM.
