Fleeing Driver Killed in Crash

A 27-year-old St. Louisville man was killed Sunday morning in an accident in Heath.
The Heath Police Department said around 2:36am Sunday an officer came across Kevin Miller, unconscious in a motor vehicle at the Duke Station on State Route 79. The Officer made contact with Miller who then fled the scene on Heath Road.
Officials said at the intersection with Heath Road and Irving Wick Drive, the vehicle left the side of Heath Road, crossed Irving Wick Drive, went off the road and flipped. The driver was ejected from the vehicle.
Heath Police said they attempted to provide first aid for the driver and Heath Fire Department medics responded, but the driver died at the scene.
