Muskingum County EMA: Don’t Drive Through Standing Water

The Ohio Department of Transportation says State Route 16 is closed due to flooding. ODOT says it’s shut down from State Route 83 in Coshocton County to State Route 60 in Muskingum County. Motorists should use an alternate route.
