ForeverDads to Induct Five into Fatherhood Hall of Fame
ZANESVILLE, OH – It’s a night dedicated to honoring the impact of fathers in our community, and it’s already sold out.
ForeverDads will host their annual Tribute to Fatherhood event on March 10th at North Terrace Church of Christ. During the event, five fathers will be formally inducted into the Fatherhood Hall of Fame for the lasting example they’ve set for their families and the community.
“The work that we do is educate and equip fathers to develop healthy relationships with their children and their families. We do that through programing that we offer at a few different locations around the area, through activities that we do in the community, and also with our local elementary schools.” ForeverDads Executive Director, Ryan Sheppard said.
The annual fundraiser supports ForeverDads’ mission to mentor fathers to be intentional, engaged dads. Organizers say guests can also expect an exciting and special announcement during the event.
“We are required to serve 200 fathers a year through the grant that we have through the state of Ohio. ForeverDads has served almost 250 fathers each the last two years. So, this money actually helps us to be able to continue to go above and beyond in serving our community.” Sheppard said.
