Former Most Wanted Sentenced

A former Muskingum County most wanted suspect was sentenced in court Monday.

In Muskingum County Common Pleas Court, 48-year-old Joyce Ann Winkle was sentenced to two years community control and 100 hours of community service by Judge Mark Fleegle.

Winkle pled guilty in April to two charges of theft under $500 with an elderly victim. She was featured as a most wanted suspect in February and turned herself in that day.
