Former Muskingum County Coroner Dies

Former Muskingum County Coroner Dr. Howard Marsh passed away Monday at the age of 74.
 

Dr. Marsh was a family practitioner in New Concord for 24 years. He served as coroner for Muskingum County from 1992 to 2008.

He was also the team physician at Muskingum University for the past 15 years.

Calling hours for Dr. Marsh will be Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Snouffer Funeral Home on West Military Road in Zanesville.
 

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m.  Thursday in the Snouffer Chapel.
 

Burial will follow in the New Concord cemetery.
 

Dr. Marsh is survived by his wife Dr. Barbara Roth-Marsh and his five children.
