Former President Carter Passes Away

The Carter Center has confirmed that former President Jimmy Carter has passed away in Plains, GA at the age of 100.
James Earl Carter, Jr. – 39th president of the United States – was born Oct. 1, 1924, in Plains, Georgia.
Carter has many titles under his belt as he was the oldest living president, as well as the oldest – post-presidency. His 77-year-long marriage to Rosalynn made him the longest married president.
