Friends of the Library to Host Trivia Night Fundraiser

ZANESVILLE, OH – The Friends of the Library is gearing up for a night full of fun, good food, and trivia.

Stemming from their Books and Brews event they hosted back in April, the Friends of the Library will be hosting a Trivia Night at Weasel Bot Brewing Company on Thursday, Sept. 11th from 6 to 8PM.

Beverly Bell, the Vice-President of the Friends of the Library, says the Books and Brews event was so well received by the community that they wanted to host it again, and are hoping for an even better turnout this time.

“You don’t have to buy a ticket this time, but we will have a table of books and it’s simply donation if you want to purchase any.” Bell said. “There is no cost to come to Trivia Night and we will have prizes for First Place and Second Prize.”

Bell says all you need to do is grab a team of 4 friends and sign up for the event by heading to the Library’s website.

She says this is just one of the fun events they like to host to be able to bring more programs to the Library’s patrons.

“I think it’s a good time for you know, friends and family to get together.” Bell said. “To come out and see what’s available and participate in the Trivia Night, you have to have a team of 4, you can’t bring a whole crowd with you but you can break it up into different teams.”
