GAME #1: TRI-VALLEY SCOTTIES VS. JOHN GLENN MUSKIES

NEW CONCORD, OH- It was the John Glenn Muskies at home in front of a packed crowd taking on the Tri-Valley Scotties in a Muskingum Valley League matchup.

Tri-Valley and John Glenn traded buckets early but it ended up being all Scotties throughout the first half.

Luke Lyall and the road team made key stops on defense and turned it into good offense, holding John Glenn to two points in the second quarter while scoring 21 to give themselves a big lead.

Tri-Valley led the entire game on their way to a big 63-17 win on the road. Luke Lyall led Tri-Valley with 15 points.

GAME #2: SHERIDAN GENERALS VS. PHILO ELECTRICS

PHILO, OH- The Philo Electrics were looking to show the Generals that they were better than what the last matchup results presented losing by a large margin.

The Panthers started off as quick as possible as they took the opening tip off straight to the basket to get ahead within seconds.

Sheridan was responded right back getting multiple possessions in a row and capitalizing on them.

Unlike the last game Philo fought back tooth and nail keeping it close in this back and forth matchup.

With the crowd keeping the game interesting it was only a two point game at the half, but the Generals proved to be too much as they walked out with a close victory beating the Electrics 54-50.
