Glouster Brothers Drown In Morgan County

The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office says they have recovered the bodies of two brothers whose car became submerged on a road near a flooded creek in Union Township.

Deputies say 35-year-old James Keller was found in the vehicle Monday after a passerby notified Police in Glouster. Crews found the body of 30-year-old Kevin Keller about a mile downstream this morning.

Sheriff Tom Jenkins says the brothers were going fishing on Monday when they drove into high water on the road. Officials had said the region received up to six inches of rain in a relatively short time over the weekend, swelling rivers and steams.

Autopsies have been ordered for the men.

Jenkins says foul play is not suspected in their deaths.
