Golfers take advantage of unseasonably warm weather
ZANESVILLE, OHIO-Â The unseasonably warm weather has everyone outdoors today, especially on the green.
Green Valley Golf Course had a large crowd of golfers out earlier on Monday taking advantage of the summer like conditions.
PGA Golf Pro and General Manager, Steve Galloway, said that it’s great not only for the golf course getting more business, but for all the golfers who wanted to get in a couple more rounds of golf before packing things up for the year.
“This great weather gives the golfers a chance to come out and enjoy the beautiful weather,” said Galloway. Â “Typically after labor day, most of the golfing is done so this is really, really enjoyable for us.”
Galloway said that they will be back at it tomorrow at the course from daylight to dark as the weather is agreeing on another warm, sunny day.
