Grand Jury To Hear Case Of 2nd Man Charged In Railroad St. Arson

Bond has been set for a second suspect arrested in connection with an arson on Railroad Street in Newark.

18- year-old Joshua Sawyers is being held in the Licking County Justice Center on a $20,000 bond.
 

Licking County Assistant Prosecutor Chris Reamer tells WHIZ  that Sawyer was arrested earlier this week in connection to a fire that was set at a building on Railroad Street on September 21.
 

A second person has also been charged in connection to that fire.
 

Harley McDonald III was indicted last week on arson charges.
 

Sawyers case will go before a Licking County Grand Jury next week.
