Gwendolyn Kay Starkey

On January 17, 2021, Gwen Starkey, 62, of 11033 Rankin Rd, Glenford, Ohio went to be with The Lord. She was born February 9, 1958 to Robert Lloyd and Octavia (Montgomery) Ellis.
Gwen was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. She worked hard for many years as a nurses aide to help provide for her family.
She is survived by her husband, Fred Starkey; sons, Donny, Danny and Travis Starkey; several grandchildren, all of whom she lived for. Gwen is also survived by her mother, Octavia Angle; brothers, Barry and Debra (Gaulden) Ellis, Robert and Julia (Carr) Ellis, Clarence and Tamra (Loughman) Angle; sister, Karen Angle; several nieces and nephews, half brothers and sisters, and many other family members and friends.
Gwen is preceded in death by her father, Robert Lloyd Ellis; and sister, Vickie R. Ellis. She has left us too soon, and will forever be in our hearts. Per the family’s wishes, cremation has been chosen and no services will be observed at this time. BURRELL FUNERAL SERVICES is serving the family.
