High Speed Chase Suspect in Court

A Logan man enters a plea in court in connection to a high speed chase through Muskingum County.

39-year-old Reggie L. Foster plead not guilty to a charge of failure to comply in front of Judge Mark Fleegle, on Wednesday.

Fleegle continued his bond at $200,000.

On May 20, the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office was led on a chase by Foster that started on State Route 146 near Dillon State Park and ended on US 40 at State Route 668 in Licking County.

At the time of the pursuit Foster was wanted on a felony warrant out of Hocking County for felonious assault.
