HIghway Patrol Seeking Help from Public in Fatal Crash

The Zanesville Post of the Highway Patrol is requesting information from the pubic in connection with a fatal accident.  It happened Monday between 6:30 am and 6:50 am.  Troopers say a pedestrian was struck in the westbound lanes of State Route 16 near Frazeysburg.  The pedestrian died from injuries from the crash.  The Patrol is looking for a white or light colored utility style truck that may have struck the victim and left the scene continuing westbound on SR 16 toward Newark.  If you have any information that may help in the investigation contact the Highway Patrol at 740-453-0541.
