Home Improvement Show Continues

The ‘Hearth, Home, and Away’ show is now underway at the Colony Square Mall and a local business is joining in the home improvement fun.

Zembra Brothers Inc. is a local commercial and residential construction company. Project Assistant Jason Smock said the company has been in business for nearly 30 years.

"Zemba Bros inc. has been in Zanesville since 1987," said Smock. "It’s a family owned business. It started out with simple septic runs to now we provide everything from land excavation development, top soil, and we have ready mixed concrete available to us portlets, pretty much anything from residential to commercial applications."

Smock said they attend this event each year because the community has done so much for their company, that it’s important to them to return the favor.

"I think for everybody for community pride you keep it in Zanesville you keep it it local," said Smock. "We’ve been here for almost 30 years and that’s what we do. We pride ourselves that our employees stay in the local area and that’s what we try to do, give back to Zanesville because they have given so much to us and keep building as one community."

Next month they plan to open another location in Norwich, Ohio to make their services more accessible for the residents east of Zanesville.
