Hydrant Flushing on Thursday

Zanesville Fire Department continues their hydrant flushing program on Thursday. 

ZFD said they’ll flush hydrants in the general areas of Green Street, Glessner Avenue, East Main Street, Sharon Avenue, Downard Road, Marietta Street, Bonifield Court and all side streets in the area to the city limits.

Flushing will take place from 7:30am-2:30pm.

Residents in these areas may experience discolored water and reduced pressure. It’s advised to wait until after 4pm for the water to clear before doing laundry.
