Hydrant Flushing On Thursday

The Zanesville Fire Department wants residents to be aware hydrant flushing will take place Thursday, May 20.

Hydrant flushing will take place in the areas of: 

  • McIntire Avenue
  • Convers Avenue
  • Findley Avenue
  • Fairbanks Street
  • Central Avenue
  • West Monroe Street
  • All side streets in the area

Flushing will take place from 7:30am until 2:30pm. Residents in these areas may experience discolored water and reduced pressure. It’s advised to wait until after 4pm for the water to clear before doing laundry.
