Hydrant Flushing on Wednesday

The Zanesville Fire Department will flush hydrants tomorrow and residents in affected areas may experience discolored water and reduced pressure.

Hydrant flushing will take place between 7:30am and 2:30pm in the areas of Schaum Avenue, Stewart Street, Ridge Avenue, Hedgewood Avenue, Brighton Boulevard and all side streets.

It’s advised to wait until after 4 p-m for water to clear before doing laundry.
