Hydrant Flushing on Wednesday

The Zanesville Fire Department plans to end their summer hydrant flushing on Wednesday. 

Hydrants will be flushed within the area of Northpointe Drive from Fairview Road north to Richvale Road and all side streets in the area. 

Hydrant flushing will take place from 7:30am until 2:30pm. 

Residents in these areas may experience discolored water and reduced pressure. It’s advised to wait until 4pm for the water to clear before doing laundry.
