I-70 Westbound In Guernsey Co. Closed

The Ohio Department of Transportation says I-70 westbound is closed in Guernsey County due to an accident.  O-dot says it happened five mile west of State Route 800.  Crews are on the scene and expect it to be re-opened to one lane at around 10:30 a.m.
