Jack Thomas Dady, Infant, went to heaven to be an angel on December 13th 2011.

Jack was born November 28th 2011. He is survived by his Mommy and Daddy Jamie and Jimmy Dady; and his big brother Justin Dady; his maternal grandparents Jimmie and Vickie Shepherd; his paternal grandparents David and Mandy Dady; his great grandparents Jim and Charlotte Dady and Esther Fields and his aunts and uncles Dusty and Candie Dady and Jemma Shepherd.

Jack is preceded in death by a sister Alivia Dady.

Visitations will be 5 to 7 pm Friday at the Thompson-Farus Funeral Home. Private burial will take place in Duncan Falls Cemetery.
