Jack Pugh Obit

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jack Michael Pugh, a cherished son, devoted brother, and beloved friend, who left this world unexpectedly on March 30, 2026, at the age of 24. Born on August 22, 2001, in Columbus, Ohio, Jack spent his formative years in Hilliard and Plain City, where he became known for his infectious smile, his humility, and his vibrant energy.

Jack was not only a dedicated and hard-working plumber but also an accomplished athlete who excelled in both football and basketball during his school years. He was a proud graduate of Wisconsin University, where played football and pursued his passions with vigor and dedication. His love for sports was matched only by his love for people; Jack had a huge heart and an innate ability to connect with everyone he met. His warmth and kindness touched the lives of many, leaving an indelible mark on family, friends, and colleagues alike.

He is survived by his loving father, Daniel Pugh II; his devoted mother, Kimberly Pugh; and his elder brother, Trey Pugh, sister-in-law, Liza Pugh, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and cousins. Jack’s family was his foundation, and he cherished every moment spent with them.

In celebration of Jack’s life, there will be visitation hours at Jerry Spears Funeral Home, 5471 Frazell Road, Hilliard Ohio, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM on April 3rd, followed by a service at the same location from 5:00 to 6:00 PM, where family and friends will gather to honor and remember a truly remarkable individual.

As we grieve, let us also celebrate the extraordinary life of Jack Michael Pugh, a young man who lived with passion, love, and an unwavering commitment to those around him. He may have departed from this world, but his spirit will forever be carried in the hearts of those who were fortunate enough to have known him.
